1. Agreement
By using MoonChart you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. MoonChart is operated by lab1.bio.
2. What MoonChart does
MoonChart applies technical indicators and an AI model to market data and to chart images you provide, and produces an educational interpretation. Analyses are generated automatically, are based on historical data, and can be incomplete, delayed or simply wrong. They do not predict future prices.
3. Not investment advice
MoonChart is not a financial adviser, broker or investment service, and provides no financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Market data is supplied by third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. Seek qualified professional advice before making financial decisions, and never invest more than you can afford to lose.
4. Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use MoonChart only for lawful purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the analyses, scrape the service, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it.
5. Subscriptions
MoonChart offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, not by us. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
6. Fair use
Paid plans are subject to a reasonable daily limit on analyses to keep the service available to everyone. We may adjust this limit and will state the current limit in the app.
7. Availability
We aim to keep MoonChart available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn, and third-party market data may be interrupted for reasons outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its content are owned by lab1.bio and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Market data remains the property of its providers.
9. Liability
MoonChart is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using MoonChart and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and noted in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
